Do you have what it takes for Fusionworks Scholarship Program with Codetrotters?
Codetrotters will train students in Web Application Development
Fusionworks, a technology consulting and services company, announced that it will join Codetrotters Academy, the island’s first programming school, to host two high-potential students in their 10-week courses.
“For us at Fusionworks, it’s very important to contribute to the ongoing development of the startups and technology ecosystem on the Island and what better way to do it than to fellowship with high potential students to continue developing their programming skills,” said Leslie Luciano, General Manager and Co-founder of Fusionworks.
Students selected for the scholarships will have to demonstrate basic knowledge of programming, as well as the talent and determination to continue advancing in a technological career. After the course, Fusionworks will be committed to providing students with an opportunity to gain practical experience with them either through an initial internship or through an employment offer.
“This new type of alliance will allow us to close the gap in our ecosystem by not only training students in high demand programming skills in a very short time, but also assuring them of a work experience immediately after the course. We all win but, above all, the technology ecosystem on the Island wins.” said Sofia Stolberg, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Codetrotters.
